              | Welcome to FAFB! The Florida Association of Food Banks (FAFB) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization committed to ending hunger in Florida. Statewide, our 14 regional food banks provide food to 3,000 community- and faith-based non-profit agencies. More than 31,500 community volunteers support our food bank network. Together, we feed more than 3.6 million hungry people every year – 1.1 million of whom are children. In 2011, we distributed 148 million pounds of food to Florida families in need.
